Hello, my name is Bridgette. I am a 10 pound long hair chihuahua mix dog. I am 8 years young. Sadly, my former owner went to have cancer treatment in Houston and she could not take me with her. I wish I could have been there with her to comfort her as she got treatment because she did not survive. So now I am all alone and I am just waiting for a new mommy and daddy to take care of me for the rest of my life. Just because I am an older dog does not mean I am too old to play and have a little fun. I am house trained. I like to go for walks on my leash. I do not like very young children. They frighten me and I run away and hide. I know how to sleep in my crate at night and I can sleep in bed with you if you let me. I like to be on the couch and watch TV. I like my belly rubs and treats and goodies. Please come and meet me and my friends at the rescue!
